At RUMPUNCH, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, therefore we would like to offer you a return and exchange option of a different size in your purchased item(s).

IF there is a purchased item that you would like to return please contact us via contact@rumpunchresortwear with your request. On receipt of our confirmation on your return request, please post the original item(s) to reach us at

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply

• Return requests should be made within 10 days of order receipt and confirmation of return dispatch should be sent to us via contact@rumpunchresortwear within 20 days of order receipt
• All items returned to RUMPUNCH must be in its original condition with all original tags attached, hygiene liner in place and must be free of any odor and/or stains. Assessment of the condition of the returned item(s) will be at the sole discretion of RUM PUNCH.
• The item must not have been worn, washed or otherwise used.
• In the event that an item has been damaged during the shipping process, the damaged bag should be returned along with the damaged goods.
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• No refunds. exchange only to a different size in the same style. If the required size is not available in the purchased style, a gift voucher will be issued for the paid value of the purchased item.
